Access to the declaration

To access the declaration formalities on the LBR website, you need to have a "Luxtrust certificate" user account.

Only a person authenticated by the LBR with a digital Luxtrust certificate has the right to submit a declaration in RBE.

If you already have a Luxtrust certificate, the process for creating your user account is automatic and your user account can be used immediately. No access request form needs to be completed in order to create your user account.

How to create a new "Luxtrust certificate" user account

To create a new account just click on "Connect" in the toolbar and follow the instructions on the screen.

You first have to click on the link "Click here to register" and then on "Or click here to register with your electronic Luxtrust certificate" and follow the instructions on the screen.

Connecting to the application

To connect to the application just click on "Connect" in the toolbar and follow the instructions on the screen.

The declaration

Processing a declaration with the RBE consists of transferring the requisition form containing the required information to be filed or modified together with the, if required, respective documents.

Electronic filing in 4 steps

The declaration consists of 4 main steps which are listed below. For further information, please refer to the documents in the menu «More information».

1. Authentication with a Luxtrust certificate

2. Creation of an declaration

Download, input and transmission of a declaration form; attach documents, if required; add request to cart.

3. Validate cart and authorize payment

4. Follow-up declaration and check response of the RBE manager

The declaration form

The form gathers in a structured way the complete information, which needs to be transferred according to the Law of the 13th of January 2019.

The form needs to be completed and transmitted electronically to the manager of the RBE as soon as a declaration of the beneficial owner needs to be made.

Only a form downloaded via the electronic declaration method can be transmitted electronically.

Access to the secure services of the LBR website

To access the secure services on the LBR website, you must log in.

An anonymous connection without user account creation is possible for some features.

For other features, you must have a user account.

The creation of your user account is automatic and your user account can be used immediately. No access request form needs to be completed in order to create your user account.

When creating your user account, you have to enter a valid email address.

How to create a new user account

To create a new user account just click on "Connect" in the toolbar.

You first have to click on "Click here to register" and then follow the instructions on the screen.

If you have an electronic Luxtrust certificate, you can use your certificate to create your user account.

Order a company profile

A RBE profile is a summary of the details that the entity is required to file with the RBE.

The RBE Manager ensures that the company profile reflects the status of the registered entity based on the data filed with the RBE.

The RBE Manager reserves the right to postpone the issuance of a company profile for technical, administrative or data verification purposes in order to ensure its quality.

Formatting of company profiles

Company profiles may be issued electronically or on RBE headed paper.

You can order a company profiles both electronically and on headed paper via the RBE website.

The electronic company profile can be ordered and issued via the website. The paper documents can be ordered via the website and will be sent to you by mail from the services of the RBE.

The electronic company profiles are issued and signed electronically. The Manager of the Trade and Companies Register only guarantees the authenticity of the origin and the integrity of the information on a company profile regarding the information recorded at the Trade and Companies Register if the company profile includes an electronic signature issued by the Manager of the Trade and Companies Register.

How to order a company profile ?

A company profile can be ordered via the service “Order a company profile” from the menu “View” or directly from the menu “Available services” on the screen “Company detail”.

PREMIUM Service

When selecting the PREMIUM service, the RBE prioritizes your request. The RBE guarantees that the requested document can be picked up from our offices within 3 business hours after the reception of the order.

BE AWARE : In order to be available on the same day, every PREMIUM request for a company profile has to be ordered before 10 AM and can be picked up after 2:30 PM in the consultation area of the LBR.

If the order is sent between 10 AM and 2:30 PM, the company profile will be ready the following day at 10:30 AM.
If the order is sent after 2:30 PM, the company profile will be ready the following day at 2:30 PM.

A fee of 100.00 € excluding VAT will be added to your company profile request when activating this service.
