Access to electronic filing formalitiesTo access the electronic filing formalities on the LBR website, you need to have a "Luxtrust certificate" user account. Only a person authenticated by the LBR with a digital Luxtrust certificate has the right to electronically file documents with the RCS. If you already have a Luxtrust certificate, the process for creating your user account is automatic and your user account can be used immediately. No access request form needs to be completed in order to create your user account. How to create a new "Luxtrust certificate" user account?To create a new account just click on "Connect" in the toolbar and follow the instructions on the screen. You first have to click on the link "Click here to register" and then on "Or click here to register with your electronic Luxtrust certificate" and follow the instructions on the screen. Follow-up on filing and check response of the RCS manager The requisition formThe requisition form gathers in a structured way the complete information which needs to be transferred according to the Law of the 19th of December 2002. The form needs to be completed and filed with the RCS electronically: When a natural or moral person registers or enrolls with the RCS and when information which legally has to be registered with the RCS is modified. Only a form downloaded via the electronic filing method can be filed electronically. The documents to be filed for publicationThe RCS manager only accepts the filing of documents for publication which have to be filed and published according to Law. These documents are recorded when filing with the RCS. These documents are to be transferred electronically in PDF/A "Text" formatting. Corrective filingCorrective filings apply for previously filed documents and/or data which need(s) to be corrected or completed. Their only purpose is to correct a file which has a material error. Corrective filings have to be completed electronically. You will be asked to enter the RCS number of the person and to select the filing which needs to be corrected or completed. Corrective filings are subject to the same administrative costs as the initial filings. |

Monitoring a companyThe monitoring service allows you to monitor the filing activity of a person registered with the RCS, without having to constantly search for it. Due to this service, you are automatically notified per email if a new filing was done for the record of a person registered with the RCS... You have to make an annual subscription for each person you would like to activate this service for. How to activate the monitoring?You can activate the monitoring via the service « Monitor a person » from the menu « Provided services » or directly in the menu « Available services » on the screen « Detail of a person ». Filings of monitored personsThis page provides you with the list of filings which were done for each monitored person since the monitoring was activated. This list can be filtered according to different criteria. You can directly view the filing or create a new company profile for the person on this page. Filing notificationFor each filing which was done for persons subject to monitoring, an email with the filing list will be sent to you. Beware : To be notified via email, the box « Email notifications » on the screen « My account » has to be checked. By default, the email address you entered in your personal data is the one which will be used. You can however indicate another email address for every new subscription and modify it for your current subscriptions. |

Renew a subscriptionA subscription is not automatically renewed. To renew a subscription, please select the subscription to be renewed in the last column and click on «Renew». You will be given the option to choose between “all/no” and to select or deselect all the elements displayed on the page. Only subscriptions, which will expire within the next 30 days, can be renewed. The renewal of the subscription will take effect on the day after the expiry of the former subscription. In order to renew a subscription automatically upon expiry, you have to click on the link of the RCS number in the first column and select the option «Automatic renewal upon expiry». Cancel a subscriptionIn order to cancel a subscription, please select the subscription, which needs to be canceled in the last column and click on «Cancel». You will be given the option to choose between “all/no” and to select or deselect all the elements displayed on the page. Please note that you will not be reimbursed. Modification of the notification addressThe email address for notifications can be changed by clicking on the link of the RCS number in the first column. You can enter a new email address in the window, which displays your subscription details, and save your modification. Notification of the expiry of a subscriptionYou are notified 30 days before the expiry of your subscription(s). Beware : To be notified via email, the box «Email notifications» on the screen «My account» has to be checked. Search - European Business RegisterThe EBR (European Business Register) is the electronic network of the trade registers from 26 European countries. Via the EBR network, you have access to official information from over 20 million companies registered at a trade register in one of the 26 countries member of the network. Data reported on a company is provided directly by the trade register in the jurisdiction of the country where the company is registered and based on the information filed during registration. Thanks to the EBR search you do not need to search the individual trade registers in order to gather legal information on companies. The standardized and structured presentation facilitates the understanding of the information provided and avoids faulty interpretation or translation issues. Provided servicesInstitution searchThe “Institution search” allows you to look for an institution by its trading name in the trade registers of the countries to be selected in the “Country” list. If your search is successful, a list of institutions which meet your search criteria is displayed. For more information on a specific institution, you need to click on "Detail” in the column "Action". If no results are displayed, it means that either no registered institution corresponds to your search criteria, or that the search criteria are too vague. This service is provided by all members of the EBR network. |
Key informationThe “Key information” service provides you with a structured report on the key information of an institution. It is issued by the register of the selected institution. To order it, just click on "Add to cart” on the screen “Detail of the institution” and validate your order. You can view the report via the menu "My orders". This service is provided by all members of the EBR network. List of AgentsThe service "List of agents" provides you with a structured report of the details of the officers of an institution. It is issued by the register of the selected institution. To order it, just click on "Add to cart” on the screen “Detail of the institution” and validate your order. You can view the report via the menu "My orders". You can directly order the list of mandates of a displayed agent from the “List of agents”. This service is only provided by some members of the EBR network. Agent searchThe “Agent search” allows you to look for agents of an institution by their name(s) and first name(s) in the trade registers of the countries to be selected in the “Country” list. If your search is successful, a list of agents which meet your search criteria is displayed. If no results are displayed, it means that either no person registered as an agent corresponds to your search criteria, or that the search criteria are too vague. This service is only provided by some members of the EBR network. List of mandatesThe service "List of mandates" provides you with an agent’s list of mandates for all the institutions registered in the trade registers of the selected country. This list is issued as a structured report by the register of the selected agent. To order the “List of mandates”, just click on “Add to cart” in the column “List of mandates” and validate your order. You can view the report via the menu "My orders". You can order the list of agents for a displayed institution directly from the list of an agent’s mandates. This service is only provided by some members of the EBR network. Other documentsSome countries provide access to their national documents via the EBR network. These documents essentially consist of the annual accounts, the registration deeds and the articles of association. If such a document is provided by the register of a selected institution, it can be ordered via the screen “Detail of the institution”. |

Order a company profileA company profile of a person registered with the RCS is a summary of the data which the person has to transfer to the RCS for registration purposes, issued by the RCS manager. The RCS manager ensures that the company profile reflects the situation of the registered person as entered via filing with the RCS. The form and content of a company profile issued by the RCS manager are defined by the Grand-Ducal Regulation applying the Law of the 19th of December 2002 on the Trade and Companies Register as well as the accounting and the annual company accounts and amending other legal provisions. The RCS manager reserves the right to postpone the issuance of a company profile for technical, administrative or data verification purposes in order to ensure its quality. |
Formatting of company profilesCompany profiles may be issued electronically or on secure paper. You can order a company profiles both electronically and on secure paper via the LBR website. The electronic company profile can be ordered and issued via the website. The paper documents are sent by mail. The electronic company profiles are issued and signed electronically. The RCS manager only guarantees the authenticity of the origin and the integrity of the information on a company profile regarding the information recorded at the RCS if the company profile includes an qualified electronic signature issued by the RCS manager. How to order a company profile ?A company profile can be ordered via the service “Order a company profile” from the menu “Provided services” or directly from the menu “Available services” on the screen “Company detail”. PREMIUM ServiceWhen selecting the PREMIUM service, the RCS manager prioritizes your request. He guarantees that the requested document can be picked up from his assistance office within 3 business hours after the reception of the order. BE AWARE : In order to be available on the same day, every PREMIUM request for a company profile has to be ordered before 10 AM and can be picked up after 2:30 PM in the assistance office of the RCS.
A fee of 100.00 € excluding VAT will be added to your company profile request when activating this service. |
